on a side note, Josh has some after market studs in case you no longer have the factory studs from installing the clutch spacer originally.

Shoot, I didn't think about that. I already received a shipping notice.

it looks very much similar to the stock clutch but with an orange base. Do you have something specific that you are looking for?

Nothing really.... BTW, what fluid viscosity are you using to modify the clutch ? Thanks !

So I found my old fan clutch as I bought a new blue hub clutch when the supercharger was installed. The Four studs came out fairly easy and look good. Is there any reason I shouldn't use them on the new machined fan clutch? Also is locktite recommended on installation? I've never put any in.

Ok, I'm looking at my new fan clutch now and it has the studs installed for the fan blade. So the short studs I need are actually the ones attached to the water pump?

Correct, water pump hub.

Dan I'm in town right now. Do you have the studs in stock?

Toyota does not service them, they come in the pump. Rick has an aftermarket replacement available.

That's Ok. That will give me time to source the 150 fuse and fuse holder to go with the sequoia alternator. Seems like a good time to do all at once. That and an oil change.

Josh has contacted me. He will hook me up when he gets back.

I think it is a good idea to roll the studs into the package/price. The nuts are known to be soft. Kind of an uphill battle to also have to work with old rusty studs too. I thought about taking a sawzall to the studs but I don't want the heat to weaken them.

Cutting off the longer TRD studs will not get you where you need to be in any event. The shoulder is too long.

Good to know. Desperation is detrimental to decision making.

Anyone have any idea which fan clutch this is. The PO installed it.
