Got pics of that ARB rear bumper with the swings deployed?

Here's the bumper opened up:

Greg,
Dingo is looking sharp! I like the ARB set-up too. Just decided to go with it for the Hundy. Sherman is trying to get used to the cold weather and thin air. He gets driven almost daily!

Love that sand color!

Bush wires

Decided to round out the Dingo with some bush wires. Maybe not always practical, but they saved the windshield on Sherman a couple times from heavy branches. Didn't cost but about $20 in parts.

Rear Bumper

Total cost of rear bumper with both tire and jerry can swing outs was approx $2500. I bought mine from Redeem at Teton Adventure Gear : Teton Adventure Gear HQ - Home.

Did you give any thought to ordering the spray gun that Al´s offers? I think this has sold me on bedlining my entire truck. Just wondering if the spray gun would save material.

I used about 2.5 gallons when I sprayed mine as well.

To do it again I would go one of two routes; roll it or pay someone who has experience spraying bedliner to spray it. Getting an even texture was difficult, partly because of the compressor I had to use. I'm still glad I did mine because the stuff is truly tough, and the flaws on my "paint" job don't bother me since it's by no means a show truck.

Just my .02

shermantank55....do you have a picture of the lower Hi-Lift mount you fabed up? If so I would really like a closer look!

Thanks.

Great Rig!

Thanks. Didn't fab much for the bottom. All I did on the bottom of the jack to secure it to the floor was to mount some tie-downs using the third seat bolts and ran the strap through one of them. Hope that helps.

So that's what those are for

Nicely done. Is the material thin enough that you could have gone further into the jams/sills without worry of rubbing?

No problem-lots of room around doors. I just decided not to go any further as it would have involved a lot more prep.

Great rig Sherman.

Just found your thread, I will be following, you have some great ideas. And I have been thinking about a Rhino Liner coating for my HDJ 81 in the near future. All great information.
Thanks!

Eastern Sierra/DeathValley

Just got back from Dingo's first off road adventure-6 days from Lake Tahoe, CA to Death Valley and back. Tried to stay off pavement as much as possible. Dingo performed flawlessly.
More pix to follow. Even got Alex behind the wheel.
Cheers.
