Couple solutions

1) Wrap a couple loops of durable tape around the latch on the floor. The tape will wear and need redoing periodically
2) Put some type of pad under the seat to take out the play. Foam pad or folded towel
Yeah I’ve got a towel under there. Lame for sure

Used some PVC pipe wrap tape that I haven't replaced in the year it's been on. Also used foam from a rifle box to pad things up a bit. Rattle free aside from the hard hard hits.
The second row latching mechanism leaves something to be desired. That middle seat is precariously “loose” even when secured. I prefer the 60/40 of the 100. It seemed more robust.
Seriously. I have a '05 4runner with the same exact folding style that's dead silent always. Has to be because the 200s middle row is heavy as s***.

Getting picked up at the airport.

Nolan makes a HALO jump from the aircraft landing on the slow moving 200 series as it navigates for a parking spot at the mall. He lightly touches down on the roof and tosses a low yield flash bang into the vehicle stunning the mom and 2 soccer uniformed youth. He points them to the safety of a running minivan and takes the wheel. Engages crawl mode and escapes up the embankment with the rescued TLC. Just another days work for the Cruiser rescue agent.

how are you liking those Rhino load bars and associated noise? It's crazy the difference between brands. I had a set of thule load bars on my Tundra top that I luckily took off it when I traded in on a new truck. New truck top had Yakima, I almost stopped on the 2 hr drive home from the dealer to remove the bars. Whistled like crazy and were driving me nuts. Swapped them for the Thule, no noise. I'm not in love with any rack for the 200 and want to keep my sunroof area open. Those Rhino bars seem like a nice alternative for when I want to drop a tent or something up top.

I like how your hidden winch turned out. I ended up installing the ARB which I love for multiple reasons, but I also love the look of the stock front so it was a hard decision. Too late now it's done. I have to admit I kinda regret not getting the dobinson's, I didn't think i'd want to adjust my suspension much so figured not a big deal. Maybe it's because i'm still adding weight and mods so I'm still dialing it in, but you were right - the BP51 is an awesome ride, but sucks to adjust.

I can't imagine they create more noise than the "Special HE Basket" I've got on my 200 right now. We have Thule on my wife's xc90 and they're nearly silent. I also figured I'd just put them on when I need them, but they haven't been off yet.

I thought I was the only one with the 2nd row rattle! Besides the tape and the towel (I used some leftover foam from a pelican case) I figured out that the seats rattle much less if you pull the 2nd row all the way forward when nobody is riding along.

I like those skinny Yokohamas on the trailer.

Round bars need to have some variation in their surface. For the left to right bars that are perpendicular to air flow wrap a rope around the bar (or a bungee, or thick weatherstrip etc). A couple spirals across the length is enough.
