Update- got the oldest married off, on to New baby and harvestSo my oldest son (30) getting married next week in a friends barn, so a condition to me footing the bill was my son pressure washing inside roof of barn-not a problem he says. then today at 35' in the air he freezes, takes awhile to coax him down. So now I am covered in owl crap, rat crap, bird crap, plus mud from mud dobbers (sp) another project for me as I prepare for wedding, other son having child, Walnut harvest, Dealing with sisters and my moms trust, plus my business, plate full. no room for more. But we all know something else will pop up, maybe a new pig!-- I know,i should call the waaaambulance
oh yea, My wife got carried away, I spent a week in that barn-was nice, but crazy workThat's a lot of work. We've had four weddings on the farm and I swear each time no more. Congrats to the newly weds!![]()
Best restaurant in NM is not far from Ojo Caliente and probably on your way from MO. It's right outside Espanola. The sapaipillo rellenos, sangria, and flan are well worth a trip themselves! So on a whim, I suggested to my wife we do a road trip west. Want to see our old spot in central Colorado and our favorite hot springs in Ojo Caliente, New Mexico. Surprisingly she is up for it! Heading out later this week in the ‘85 4 Runner. Should be a blast!
