Your killing me here smalls.... Ok, next couple weeks I have to build bed support for the troopy so the wife and I can camp out of it next month on Color Cruise. I am pretty certain my work with some plywood and 2x6's will rival some of the builds. In medicine we call this "Dreams of Grandeur"
My lovely bride keeps letting me talk about Auzzie outback travel trailers for when I retire and we tour without kids...but they are well over 100k

On a whim I googled this puppy. It was in the Patmos harbor. 195k euros per week plus expenses. Just in case you and a few friends want to vacation together.

As an ex-owner of a exponentially smaller boat (Break Out Another Thou) I'd still guess that thing could get up on plane towing every Pig that made it to South Dakota this year and then some.
