Does anyone know what size the pin connectors need to be? I’d like to add these direct to the harness wire vs a splice to the Toyota terminal repair wire

I’m trying to get my lockers to work with the factory switch. According to the Toyota wiring handbook all the pins in the 16 pin connector are female. If I’m going to plug into the either after depinning or going into the connector, I need the male pins. You will also need:
- an additional relay for the each locker (1 for front, 1 for rear) to trigger the dash lights
- the bulb and socket for each locker to add to the dash
- Terminal repair wires
What are you trying to pin into?
the only reason you use the toyota terminal repair wire is so that you don't cut up factory harness and you plug the wire directly into the depinned wire. The loose end of the terminal repair wire gets connected to to a relay, or ground, or other signal (see the previously posted wiring harnesses).

There is a big grommet on the pass side with two “nipples”, cut them with some scissors at the little groove. Fits the eaton wires perfectlyDoes someone have pictures how the factory Eaton harness is routed into your cabin? Are you bringing it in through the firewall grommet or some other spot?
Thank you bro. I had cruiser outfitters build me two third members with these lockers and I’m finally gonna install this stuff soon. Hope to put this rig to some good use. So far it’s just been a money pit lol. There is a big grommet on the pass side with two “nipples”, cut them with some scissors at the little groove. Fits the eaton wires perfectly
I just finished wiring mine 2 weeks ago. I can send you some pictures. It was more confusing than I thought but once I started everything went great. So after 5 pages of utter confusion, it appears that no 5 pin harness is needed just the Eaton harness, the factory magic button and lockers. Great thank you!!!Yes sir!
I did my best to keep the wiring clean... so be kind... I used the studs that were in the kick panel (they take an M6x1.0 nut), if you look closely you can see where everything was mounted. Also does anyone have any additional pics of everything mounted for both lockers? I know the thread starter only installed a rear locker. Was curious of placement of all 4 relays etc when doing F&R lockers. And how tricky is it to de-pin that grey OEM plug? Any special tools needed?
You are the man! Did you end up buying the Toyota repair wires or just splice? I ended up getting pins from mouser and will just crimp direct to the locker harness wires, then plug into the Toyota connections that have been de-pinned. Once I do that I’ll heat shrink them.I did my best to keep the wiring clean... so be kind... You need something an inch long, and flat. one of these should do the trick:

Be sure to pry up the retainer and then push the pin retainer tab down. It's a bit finicky, if you are pushing/pulling anything super hard you're doing it wrong. Hardest part is working in that little area.
Give yourself more wire than you need.

Did you drill any new holes into the body for mounting for just mount to the existing holes?
