TOYO M-55s If'n you can still get them.

What ever is on closeout at tire rack and 30% off . Good deals when they change a tread pattern.. With the miles I put on a 40 cruiser they usually age crack or get tore up off road before wear out.. on the 80 it's Bridgestone Revo 3. Great in the snow and ice..

My Toyo MT have a bad radial pull and I’m really disappointed. Apparently a lot of these Toyos do this.

Still on KM2’s and I have enjoyed them, they’ve done everything asked of them and have held up well. I’d consider the KM3’s next around. Have to say I strongly considered the Yokohama Geolander for the 80, only heard good things about them.

KM3 Mud !
I gave it a shot and put 35"/ 18" rims Km3 MUD tires under the F250 crew cap, long bed, use the truck several times daily with constant heavy loads (pallets) on rough roads and terrain, they have 25K miles on it now, no flats, still look very "healthy", great and very strong tires

@77mustard40

"My wife says the 40 will save me $ on burial costs in the end, just have to dig a bigger hole!"

She is a keeper !

Thanks for sharing that link @wngrog. Very helpful. Has anyone had any issues with 33" tires on stock steelies and stock suspension rubbing? They look great but kind of stuffed in there.

I like the look of the K02 all-terrains so that gets my vote.

So... after careful consideration I decided to go with the Dick Cepek Mud Terrains.
They look great! And taller than most!
No miles yet, but the reviews were great everywhere I looked...

This Amazon ad says all Terrain, but they are muds...

Depending on the look you are after and what you are doing with the rig will make a lot of difference. I went from BFG 33x10.5 on factory rims to BFG AT 235/85/16 on City racer wheels. It was a world of difference. Drives better, easier to steer at slow speeds, quiet, etc. For me, that was the right choice, but my rig is more of a garage queen and is always on pavement.
Photos please. I have City Racer's wheels also.

I have BFG KO 235/85-16 on my M416 trailer and they are a solid 2” shorter than the 235/85-16 on my FJ40 which are Yokohama MT. Truly tiny compared.

@thecrazygreek, I think you picked the only 33x10.50-15 NOT measured out on the wheel in the thread I linked above unless I am forgetting.

I you are basing the “bigger than most” on what the manufacturer says, don’t believe them.

I look forward to what you find out and post it in that thread

Re

Review??
They were a nice set. I didn’t get too many miles on them, but sound at freeway speeds was the same as the bfgs. Maybe a tad louder.
overall I would give an 8 out of 10.

Can we see some pictures of the Dick Cepeks all mounted up on the Cruiser?

Thanks. Those look pretty good. I'm about due for a new set of tires. Kinda been trying to decide if I should stick with Toyo MT (That's what I have now and I've always been pretty impressed by where they can take me.) or go to the BFG KM3. I really like my BFG KO2s on my other trucks so thought I might like the KM3. Anyway now there is another to throw into consideration. How are they on snow pack?

Same with my Toyo MTs…ticks me off knowing I’ll have to live with it for a long time.
