I have! So far so good after a couple weeks of sun and rain and varying temps from 8C to 26C. I've got 303 aerospace protectant in the mail which should provide some added uv protecting.Do some long term testing with some your bad prototypes by leaving some out in the sun to see about long term ozone and UV degradation plus some cold/hot weather durability/flexibility. A space shuttle went down due to cold o-rings, and the Titanic's hull plates/rivet's failed due to cold.
Mark, that would be very helpful as the used ones get squished clearly seen by that circular pattern. I would be open to the borrowing but I'm overseas and I don't trust the mail with priceless artifacts.Anthony, I have been waiting a long time for the right person to step forward and make the horn contact insulator grommet. There is a very specific taper to the grommet that is important to providing the proper distance between the horn button retainer and the ground plate. I have an NOS grommet available to you for measurements, or to borrow if need be.![]()

His 3d printed parts appear to be TPU filament from an FDM printer. They look nice and TPU is quite tough but it will never look like a factory original or match the detail of an original like resin can. It also appears they don't sell just the bushing.Chase (@red66toy) of CruiserCult has them in stock

Yeah we don’t sell them separately. We mainly designed them to work with our horn plate replacement kits since most of the original steel units are corroded. His 3d printed parts appear to be TPU filament from an FDM printer. The soft brake line clamp is also used on early FJ40s and 45s. Just a different style metal bracket, but same rubber part.60's? FJ25 soft brake line clamp insert and the hood rod grommet. Also a non stock brake bleed cap for fun. I found out i can gently wet sand the area that has the supports with IPA and 320 grit to smooth out the surface. Looks way better than the ones I was scraping with a razor blade.

Is that how you normally shop is at 3 a.m. in your undiesI would recommend making stuff that is **not available** from Toyota vs. stuff that people can just buy online at 3am in their undies.![]()
That's cool! Did they ever come that way from the factory? Where did you buy the file?I bought the file to get the door access panel cover for my 69 and the file came with the TEQ in it but I had to paint it to get it to show up.

I asked a co-worker who does 3D printing as a way to goof around to print them for me.

I’m not sure, but I don’t think Onur has ever owned an FJ40, so he should be safe.Security staff at Walmart always on the lookout for an FJ40 in the early hours...
