Hi bros!, I want to put this Gauge inside the motor, have anybody done this before? I'm thinking it goes over here...

What value is there to a gauge you can only read with the hood open? I would install an electric style gauge mounted in the cab that can be viewed as you drive.
 
I think it would be great mounted under hood, I have enough s***e in my cab already. Curious as to mounting also! Following
 
That looks to be a pressure regulator with a mounted gauge. make sure that you are not limiting the fuel pressure under the recommended pressure
 
Agreed with NCFJ that looks like a fuel pressure regulator with a gauge attached. You could add a mechanical gauge to the existing system. It would just let you know that the base fuel pressure was right at idle. Or you could add a sender and gauge in the cab so you could make sure you’re getting enough fuel when it’s actually important and that’s under load.
