After replacing my thermostat, belts, radiator, and fan clutch my FJ62 cranks but no start. I checked EFI and IGN fuses and they’re good. I can shoot carb cleaner into intake and it fires. It was starting, running and driving without issue when pulled into garage for cooling system maintenance. Could I have disconnected something on the front of the engine that would cause this?

Hmm.
Double check that all the sensor connectors to the thermostat housing are connected correctly, and in the right spots.
Confirm fuel is getting to the intake?
There’s a EFI relay on the pass fender well that acts up on mine sometimes.

x2 on the relay.

OP, are you getting any unusual clicking from the pass fender?

Is there anyway to test this relay? Drove my 62 3 weeks ago, parked and now it won’t start. Got spark, but pulled a plug and bone dry. Figured it was the fuel pump. Try to jump the fuel pump with the diagnostic port and not pumping. Could this relay be the culprit? Trying to exhaust all possibilities before dropping the tank.

I’ve replaced the relay but still no start. I went and tested the wire going into the fuel pump and have no power. I will be checking the other relay on the passenger side kick panel next is I believe that is what comes after the relay on the passenger side fender.
