After replacing my thermostat, belts, radiator, and fan clutch my FJ62 cranks but no start. I checked EFI and IGN fuses and they’re good. I can shoot carb cleaner into intake and it fires. It was starting, running and driving without issue when pulled into garage for cooling system maintenance. Could I have disconnected something on the front of the engine that would cause this?

I had this very same issue in June. 360k on the OEM pump. Drove home from 45 miles out with 2 stops and restarts. Everything was running smoothly. Tried to start up the 'Cruiser the next morning and got no start.
Shorted B+ and FP to only hear faint sounds from the tank. Disconnected the fuel line at the fender filter in the engine bay. No fuel flow even wIth B+ & FP shorted.
Took a few weeks trying to nicely disconnect the Fuel Pump Tube from the Fuel Pump Bracket. No Joy. Ended up cutting the Fuel Pump Tube and splitting the connector nut with a drimmel and using a nut splitter to get the tube nut off the hard Fuel lines.
CruiserMatt has a replacement fuel tube part. $90.
I finally got the tank re-install last weekend but forgot to connect the power cable. 😡
I'll be working on the cable this next weekend.

Is the CEL on with the key in the 'on' position, engine not running?

If not, check your fusible link and EFI relay & Fuse.

If the CEL isn't illuminated, ECU isn't in a state of readiness and the engine won't start

Here's an easy one to check - I had the same issue with mine. On the driver's rear quarter, under the jack, there's an electrical connector for the fuel pump that corrodes and eventually doesn't make a connection. Everything you identified sounds like you are not getting power to the fuel pump, and if that connector is shot, you can clip it out and solder the ends together permanently. If anything it's worth doing that as PM.

Worth a check, takes 10 minutes and costs $0 but might be your issue.

EDIT - link to my thread where I addressed the same issue.

Any updates?

All, sorry for the huge delay but I wanted to report back. The fuel pump was the culprit the entire time. Nothing I had worked on was the issue and it was coincidental that it failed while I was working on unrelated items. Bluefj62 is up and running again. Thanks to all those in the community who helped. Changing the fuel pump wasn’t too bad but rebuilding the fuel pump bracket since the metal lines were rusted and I cracked them taking the tank out, was an ordeal. My advice to anyone removing their fuel tank is to be extremely careful when removing so as to not kink the metal lines. I’ve gotten pretty proficient at using a tubing bender and flaring tool to replicate the factory lines and rebuilding the fuel pump holder.

Very glad that you've got it sorted out!

Just in case others are dropping in here and running into the same problem,
@tmxmotorsports makes a beautiful bits and pieces to repair the fuel pump bracket... he helped me out a long while ago when I needed to pull my tank and re-do my bracket.

I should have asked that question before rebuilding mine.

Man, you got it sorted on your own. That is excellent. Just thought I'd add a note for others... like me... lol... who hit the wall and needed help.

Here's to Saturday.

Thanks for the mention I still make them.

You got it. You helped me out big time. Just making sure that others know about your quality parts.

How much are your units and do you have a picture?
They are @tmxmotorsports goods.

This thread reminded me of the fact that we had a discussion about these awhile back.
