Got the high quality transfer decals from @63FST today. Should have practiced more with ones I wasn't going to use but ended up getting the fan one on how I like! These look great once you get them on.
The switch is a manual override for the radiator fan. The one next to it is the grid heater switch.... was debating on the snowflake (9) or the square defog (6) decal. Any thoughts? Here is the thread they are in: Transfer Decals

Also couldn't help myself and spent the last of my secret squirrel account on these 3XM gull wing windows. With how I'm setting the back up I think these will be perfect. Wish I would have ordered before my road trip...

I just read your leaky rad build thread and have followed this thread closely. Im curious how the lineX on your floor has held up over the years? You seem to use your truck often and am looking at replacing my carpet set that is 30 years old and pretty nasty. I live in Northern BC and am in a fairly wet climate as well. Nice job on everything by the way, you should be proud.
how do you like the corbeau seats....and what brand are those rims....love them!A few other goodies heading my way...

Im also going back to the fold flat bench for this build. That means I will be selling my newly recovered hj61 seats with the split rear bench... PM if interested!
I put MLV in my 60....really wasn't that bad or time consuming for me except for the rear wheel wells. Only thing that took time was custom fitting the carpet....two months later Jason came out with his carpet....I was ready to kill. lol

Thanks a ton! I love this truck and have poured a lot of time and money into it, but I definitely do it for a purpose! I love camping out of it and driving everywhere, just trying to make it as useful as possible.
The Line-X. Its been good to me. Its held up and the brown still looks new when I clean it. It basically will do what dynamat does and dampen all vibration. Its easy to clean and vacuum. With any bed liner you have to make sure there is ABSOLUTELY no chance of rust before applying. I don't even trust line-x guys to do this. Any time Ive used them ive personally and painstakingly gone through all scratches etc and wire wheel treat and coat before line x is applied. Once its on its such a huge pain to ever remove. In the end I'm covering mine with carpet... but solely for noise reduction. The MLV and carpet I think will make me be able to turn my stereo down a few clicks which is good for my hearing. But I have a diesel now. I had the 2F with the Line-x and was just fine. Just remember, its all in the prep if you do it...

The seats are scheel Mann and are ridiculously nice, and comfy. Now with the seat heaters hooked up I'm just spoiled. The rims are the fifteen52 analogs. I waited all 2020 for them as they were backordered, but they fit our rigs perfectly aesthetically... they have about 1/16" to much backspacing though. You will need to take a grinder to the TREs to fix that. Easy enough and worth it.

Got my backseat odds and ends back from the powdercoater and had the license light done as well. Now she's fully blacked out.
Older i get the more effort and difficulty i have getting up into my rig...these Rock Sliders a good step up? Thanks
Yep and handy for cleaning the windshield and as a handle to pull my fat arse out from underneath. Sometimes when a sketchy downhill section needs a closer look, I just open the door and stand on the slider. I'm not used to getting old, it sucks.
Hear that. What kindve sliders ya got? Pics? Im leaning twds White Knuckles....

I love all of TT’s products. Quality and attention to detail.
I have the arb “steps” on order. With what I use my rig for I don’t need a true slider. The Arbs match the style and use of my rig better. And I’m a sucker for 5 bar diamond plate. They’re back ordered though so who knows when I’ll see them

Ice fishing tent is a ridiculously good winter investment. 8x8’, Pops up in 30s, square walls, can stand up inside, hooks for hanging things, windows, vents, doors, insulated. Little buddy heater on low keeps it 75 degrees. $300. Can’t even buy a tent at two for that these days.
