Here my 42 with 7.50 - 16 tires. Bridgestone Jeepservice. Except for the look, I hated these tires. Noisy, speed rating at 120km/h, very poor wear and very dangerous when doing emergency maneuvers at high speed.

Would sourcing a newer b model engine not be more worthwhile? I love my 3b’s. They have taken us to some cool spots and have been super reliable. But if they go I’m getting a newer model. 15b or something. I’ll at least look into that option...
If you look up @gerg turbo install thread he details the proper reinstall of those covers. Super common. Once you clean the engine. Reinstall those covers they may need to be re torqued.

The 60 got to be a shop truck today.....took it to go pick this thing up at the alignment shop. Kind of funny......we started the 60 project the same time we started the McLaren build....today they were both on the road for the first time....out...
