okay
part number 45460-69135 tube is 42" with center of end at 48" with +/- 1" play
part number 45450-69085 tube is 30 1/4"" with center of end at 38" with +/- 1" play
so unless you go with 60 PS box, this relay rod won't work in your application.
hope this helps
Thanks, Wayne.
At least one part number is validated. That beats none.
Wonder the odds of finding all OE components to rebuild all this?
With the 60 box, the drag link here is eliminated, correct?
Almost sounds easier to do PS than not.
For terminology, I've always assumed there a drag link from box to knuckle and a tie rod from knuckle to knuckle.
This states the drag link is from pitman arm to center arm, relay rod from center arm to knuckle, and tie rod from knuckle to knuckle.
That's a lot of stuff going on, and would have to source rod ends for this versions drag link to center arm, too. Defeats the "all 60" TRE goal.
Don't know what to do, honestly.
I may be missing the forest for the trees, just don't want a bunch of cobbled up chit, if I can possible avoid.
Guess I could always have all three rods built to FSM spec, ream the center arm and pitman arm to accept 60 TREs, and call that good?
