ok everyone I am starting to put together my menu and want to make sure i have things worked out....
So let me know who will be stopping by for a bite...

Thursday night is the open kitchen night...

I was thinking about making my BBQ ground Venison w/ Mac & Cheese...
it seemed to go over well 2 years ago and I thought it would be a nice bite on a cool evening.

OR

The Teriyaki ground beef with red cabbage & carrots on lettuce cups
it was a big hit 3 and 4 years ago... @Stumpalama called it "healthy" yum yum camp food!

Friday:
I was planning on Steak Kabobs w/ Onion, Bell Peppers, Potato and Pineapple...
@prharper was going to make up some cornbread and hopefully will make some cinnamon rolls again in the morning!
and
@davidp14 is going to do some mexican style street corn like he did at Coal Miner this year.... yummy stuff!

BBQ ground Venison w/ Mac & Cheese- that sounds pretty awesome.

Yeah this is best run as a solo event from a financial perspective.
Yeah for me and my soon to wheel for a day it was $140 last year.
3 years ago I was behind @lacefro at check in and I was really shocked how much it cost for him and the kids to get past the gate.

Count me in, sounds great. How can I help? Are we passing the hat to pay for ingredients? Elbow grease doing prep? Furnishing beer?

Beer is always good to offer.... not a heavy drinker and i normally have some whiskey of my own but beer is good but nothing ...weird... regular old corona miler modeno stuff like that...
I always have a "tip" jar out as a joke but it is there! LOL
As for prep I try to take care of that before hand as much as possible. So its more like assembly then prep work but company is nice to have.

Also as much as i love to share what I cook i tend to make enough for about a dozen people to get a good bite not feed the buffet crowd!!!
