Fast forward a few days and here you see the finished floor with thin-gauge expanded metal, mini D-rings to hold the totes and additional tubing for the kayak mounts I bought on Amazon.

Closeup of the mini D-rings I bought online. Took a bit of searching since most of the stuff out there are giant and rated for thousands of pounds. Too much to hold a few totes.

And here's the layout with all six Action Packer totes. I doubt I'll fill all these up but I wanted to future-proof the cargo management. Never know when you'll need the extra space. These things are rock solid and are NOT moving.

My bad I meant mounts, I see to diff versions. this is my first rack so i really want to carbon copy the base of yours.Plates or mounts? Mounts are low profile Gamiviti. Plates are DIY

Is Sourgrass the trail they use for the fj45 Run? There is more spur trails is there not?
