Super fast shipping from Carl @just differentials for the UCA bushings and front rebuild kit. Is always nice to see good quality KOYO bearings when you open a box!

I'll be peddling NITRO parts in the near future as well so please contact Carl or myself for inquiries.

Also, had some time to finish some more control arm ends.

How much longer is the Tough Dog Adjustable Panhard bar than the original in your centered/lifted install? How much do you figure your final lift is over original springs?

Panhard can be up to 2" longer than the stock bar. As shown, about 1/2" longer. Axle was approx. 5/8" off center.

Lift unloaded is 3" taller than stock.

Finally getting around to installing my 270˚ awning. YEP in the dead of winter with 10F temps.. Just tired of it being in the shop and in the way. This is the prototype that I had made with my RTT. It has a full wall kit and floor as well.

I made some 1/4" stainless brackets today. Since the roof line is wider at the front I made one bracket slightly longer to help with the angle.

I'll get it installed tomorrow morning. If I have time I'll start on the 31 group battery trays for the main and aux Odysseys

Recently I bought a couple sets of used UCAs that needed to be rebuilt. One set has, per the PO, about 7500 miles on them and the other is unknown. The set with 7500 miles on them are just wasted. So, before thinking...I bought several rebuild components for them. More than likely they will be loose and need a rebuild in another 7-15K...

Since I'm waiting on I-80 to open and laser cut parts to be delivered... I did a takeoff on the UCAs and have contacted a company to see what custom adjustable HD ball joints and CNC machined components would cost. This company only makes Upper and Lower custom control arms and seems to think with what I'm after will be in the range where I/we could resell them for 350-425.00 a set.

Just playing around until I get some numbers back. (FYI, MOOG, while a decent joint... WILL NOT BE THE OFFERING IF THIS HAPPENS) Just used the Moog for a mock up.

Been dealing with the dreaded "CLICK CLICK" for a couple of months now and could always get her started with no luck. But, finally it is done. I tried everything I could think of to get her started. Ordered a OEM (-84) starter this afternoon. I'll be digging in to get this replaced soon.

Figure I'll do the heater tees and a few other misc items while I'm in there.

I was contacted by @krice118 about making some LED hood pod mounts. I had some time this morning so I bent some brackets to get a feel for the location and height. I prefer the one on the right, but I think I'll drop it another 3/8-1/2". At that height the windshield to pod clearance/spacing will still be good.

These are 24W CREE pods.

Let me know if anyone else is interested in this.
