maybe a nice shade of magenta?

Really looking forward to seeing the finished product! Do you feel like the Genesis is a superior coating to Monstaliner?

Yes. It lays down with a lighter texture and is chemical resistant as well. I loved Monstalner until I used this. But it is more expensive and not as DIYer friendly.

Sprayed this morning.

Wow, so little overspray. Probably doesn't atomize in the air like conventional paint systems do.
Texture is finer than those "40 grit" bedliner systems, I like it!

Nice! I’m guessing you’ll finish the bumpers in the same black powder as the wheels? It’ll be a nice contrast

Does the liner separate well when you open the door handles or do you use a blade first? Or are they taped off and I’m just missing it?

Handles function perfectly without any mods after spray. Same with mirrors.

Sliders are on. Rear storage drawers are back in.

I love the new front bumper design and paint job! It covers the winch much more.

Just curious, how do you reach the winch clutch lever? Through the 2 ports parallel with the light bar or from below?

Man I love the paint job. Been studying up getting ready to try my hand at painting my LX. I've been lean toward monstaliner but I really like the texture and finish of Genesis poly. I've got a good bit of painting/refinishing experience and working with poly but never taken a swing at a truck. You think a first timer could pull off a job with genesis or stick with monster?

I understand that the Genesis is a good choice when you want to match the factory color. I have been considering it for my truck as I've been on the fence about any generic poly colors, and to be honest, I like the "Dark Bluish Grey Metallic" (Blue Slate Metallic now) Toyota blessed me with. I just want something stronger for USE.

Unfortunately it is time to thin the herd. We need a tow rig and trailer for shows, events and delivering builds to customers.

262601 miles ( daily driver ) tires are 95%, timing belt and starter @ 236K, New IMS Dobinsons shocks, new battery, heater Ts, brake pads, fresh alignment and CALI SMOG.

Everything works on this 100 and as dependable as they come.
