Looks good! seems to start spooling around 2300 with full boost right before 3000. How does it feel? Is the erratic shifting your trans slipping? I have heard others say their transmissions hold to 5400 rpms but mine in auto shifts right at 4750, wonder if that is a Lexus thing or if I might need to take a look at my transmission. Hmmm.

I did the exact same thing, here is my pre turbo pull, but I wanted as much load as possible so mine is going up hill. And my speedo is low by 11% so 50=55, 60=66, 70=77, etc.

Shift kit is going in later this week. The low gear thing is the truck bouncing off of the limiter in first I think. What other erradic-ness did you notice?

Seems fine to me, just slow to shift without the reprogram kit in the valve body.

The truck will hold L forever. It will also stay in 3rd with the O/D button off the same way. I've heard other people say the ECU will still force a shift so I don't know what is correct or not.

Truck feels great. I start to hear some knock right around 4100-4200 in 2nd gear. It is still too lean and pulling back timing didn't change the knock so hopefully the 450cc injectors will solve that problem on Tuesday.

Transgo reprogram. It was around $100 and has the drill bits. I'll do a walkthrough thread with pictures and everything.

Talking about the shifting, could you use the power button on the shifter plus tighten your kickdown cable to help get it to shift earlier?

The power button and tightening the kick down cable should actually hold shifts longer. I am going to tighten my kick down cable and see if I can actually replicate lilevo's shifts as I think it is how it should be.

Max RPM shifts should happen just after 5200rpm, mine shifting at 4750 seems odd.

I always have the power button on now that the turbo is on.

I think the kickdown thing is kind of a band aid. Adjusting the kickdown cable won't help the clutches and wear and tear. If it's not shifting where mine is it probably needs adjustment though.

Cool vids.

What injectors did you order

Sorry, had that backwards, i mean turn off the power button and loosen the cable some? I know it's not chaining the valve body or anything, but in theory it changes the shift points, right?

how much you pull it .. ? like 26 or so ..?

The Denso 854-450 yellow ones from EFIHardware.com

Cool same ones I have , when you install them is there any chance you can take some pics of things to remove to access the injectors

Sure will. I'm getting a too lean CEL with the big maf and stock injectors. Definitely need 450s or some type of fuel control with a bigger maf. Long term trims are around 20 and that's enough to trigger the code.

What do you mean by trims and 20

OBD2 data. The ECU is adding 20% fuel with stock injectors and a 3.5" MAF. The ECU thinks something is wrong so it triggers a CEL. I could use the piggyback to richen up the closed loop cells about 20% so the ECU wouldn't have to compensate so much.

Or, you can throw in bigger injectors with a bigger MAF and they should come close to being evened out. The ECU doesn't know what size MAF or injectors are in the car. It just takes the airflow and O2 signal among other things and keeps it around 14.7.

Got the new injectors in but there is a problem. 2, 4, and 6 are not firing. Not sure what the problem is. Double checked everything. I can remove the injector clips from 2, 4, and 6 and there is no change.

All are brand new and ohm out around 15ohms.
