but I did have my hands on a bike while I try to heal. started polishing the 94 GT Zaskar LE. Doc said keep it light nothing strenuous.

40 miles - mix of pavement and gravel....first coolish/low humidity day around here for abit...longest ride I've done in awhile....Need to do more....
