Dont back the shop into a corner. Give them a way to make it right at first.
I would just drop the truck off and tell them to call you when they figure it out.
Then at least its outta sight and hopefully out of mind for a few days. You need a break!
I will be honest I did not like the motor getting built somewhere, installed somewhere else, and tuned by yet another person. Thats a lotta hands in the cookie jar! And it gives the rebuilders an out.
If they act like they are going to still screw you...a friendly reminder that your rebuild thread listing their shop as THE SHOP that built the motor has 75,000 views on the biggest land cruiser forum in the world. And there are a lot of possible customers awaiting a happy outcome for you!!! May help??
