Just over a month away so lets get this one rolling.

Our annual Xmas Party/last ride of the season will be December 5th-7th.

WORKDAY AND TRAIL RIDING:
This year we are including a work day on saturday morning (the 6th) for those that want to opportunity to get out and do some trail work to help maintain and keep them open. Trail rides will be done after the work day on saturday. Riding can also be done Friday and Sunday. I will find out from Kenny what time he will have the gate open for early arrivees on Friday.
Darin will outline the work that needs to be done in the coming weeks.

WORKDAY WILL BE
Work day activity will be putting up guard rail on the dickey bell hill climb and putting up guard rail on falls damn.
We will be splitting off into two groups to accomplish this

The main course at dinner will be provided by the club and we will follow the same format as the last few times to have a potluck type event and have people bring sides for the dinner and items for breakfast on sunday morning.

The venue will once again be the Monk's barn as Kenny and Lydia have graciously offered it up for our use again.

The barn is near Troy and Albemarle just east of Lake Tillery
There is no physical address to give for GPS but the directions are very simple and we have yet to get someone lost :)

Google maps location:

From Hwy 49 turn south on Hwy 109

Keep going south on river road for about 5 miles and there will be a ONSC sign with flags pointing towards the driveway to the barn.

DIRTY SANTA GIFT EXCHANGE

A main part of the Saturday night entertainment is our dirty santa party.
If you've been to our xmas party you know how much fun it is.

They rules for this are
You need to bring a gift to participate
Gift should be around $10
Please wrap the gift up with no name on it and place it on the big wagon wheel table in the center of the barn
Names are drawn from a hat
When your name is drawn please pick a gift or you can steal one that has already been opened.
A gift can be stolen twice and is then locked into the third owner of the gift.
If your gift is stolen you have to chance to open a new gift or steal another one.
You cannot steal back a gift that was just stolen from you.
Kids will be present so keep it semi clean.

I'll be there - possibly with wife, but not likely. Just curious, if we bring something that requires refrigeration (like eggs), does Kenny have a fridge we can use?

Jones family will be there (me, wife, and 2 kids).

I didn't see meatballs on the list. We'll bring them and some other stuff.
Did the Dirty Santa gift value drop to $10 from $20?
