i couldn't get an alignment tool for my clutch job (3b), so i'm going to attempt putting everything back in without it.
i've never done a clutch before, does everything have to be aligned *perfectly*, or can i eyeball it and let the shaft nudge everything where it needs to be?
if need be, i can turn down some aluminum round to the right size get the radial alignment perfectish, but i can't make my own splines, so the spline alignment will still be eyeballed.
thoughts? tips?
