couple more but still waiting for the rest of tin..............................................Got the Alpine headunit, Alpine amp, Focal speakers, bluetooth and cellular amp in, just gotta spend some time to install. Mounted the CB and antenea, some windshield lights, side steps, OHH and finally my front fenders........WARNING: when powdercoating, bake oven gets up to 400 degrees and will straighten the tube out that was bent for fenders, so be prepared to bend and torque to get back into place or bolt to a jig and coat entire unit

I tapped 10/32's holes into horizontal tub to screw down with half clamps, wires in loom........easy for access and maintanence. Thanks man!

Geez! I am totally digging your colors on this. Attention to detail is spot on. The only thing I am havving "issues" with is the tire size. With the wheel wells opened up so much they look small. Also I am not liking the white letters facing out. But you know what they say about opinions. Yep mine stinks too.

Perhaps it's jealousy making me be nit-picky. Yep that's what it is I am full on jealous of this rig.

green...they're 35's, although should've gone a little taller but with 4:88, this size has always worked for me in the past, especially with a soa. as for the whites out........too late now

OHHH!!!......whats up, Nice Avatar.......actually the same as Purple, just took 3 years more and a little cleaner. I still miss that cruiser and bet it still runs like a top. Some Navy guy from Oregon bought it about 7 years ago. Good to hear from ya!!

WOW great build and cant wait to see it back in Catamount :)

I would have never made the conection unless for Chris aka BigRedFJ40...been a long time...that purple truck did stick out in my mind as well :D

This build is nothing like the purple...this is awsome...great job so far...look foward to seeing it wheel :D take alot of pics

Got the doors and hood on but rough,... now workin on the cap, i think someone wrote it was easier to assemble cap on ground then mount on body...correct?? I gotta come up with a better solution for my ghetto fuel fill housing, hey...its stainless and got about four hours into that freakin thing

JohnnyC........i have a very bad memory for names but i can remember a face for years, Chris i remember, although i though he was goin to PA.......i gotta see a pic, then it'll come back to me
Catamount was a great run.......Chris is the only one that had video of the Purple pullin a wheelie up one of the switchbacks!!.

Hey BT, jaw droppin--nice work. Where did you find the piece (yours is billet) which holds the steering column to the bottom of the dash right under the guage cluster? just curious. I need something similar, my column in a 2".

Lookin great man! Glad you're keeping the top! Seems like a lot of the more modified/hard core rigs wind up losing the top.:frown:

Can't wait to see it in person one of these days! We'll have to do some runs in the mt's between us one of these days, then maybe I'll head your direction and we can go do 29 Rd in Junction... I've heard it's got some good wheelin'! :steer:
