Let’s go…
This thing is looking good! I can’t wait to hear it run. Nice job. I love what you did with your exhaust manifolds.

Once it was running, I couldn't resist taking her out for a spin... No interior, sitting on a milk crate, with temporary wiring and jumpers with alligator clips and no front sheet metal and a large leaf blower tube for an intake lol.
Holy cow this thing hauls butt.
Motivation is high, got the front seats in, fenders and front sheetmetal back on yesterday, that let me permanently route and mount more of the underhood wiring.
I still have to fab up an intake and figure out what air filter system I want to use, and where to put it... And paint the hood and windshield frame and reinstall, lastly and low priority do rust repair and paint the tailgate...

what are you using for the Toyota oil pressure gauge? That's a sign to install one of my oil pressure sensor adapters![]()
Oh yeah forgot about that, guess my rig wasn't in good enough shape back when I used to go out there to notice any ill effects. I can see why you might not want to get that stuff on your 40.Hell no lol.
I've been on the playa with feet, bicycles, motos and cars.
Anything I care about gets completely disassembled and rebuilt after a playa visit, so much corrosive alkali.
I wouldn't do it to this new build.
