I’d be interested in the parts list to build this. I like my BP51s but they definitely softened a bit after ~6 months. I’d love to be able to check the pressure and top them off

That doesn't look like "not much $" to me...I got the cylinder and N2 refills from a local welding supply shop. If you buy used make sure the “hydro date” isn’t expired.
The fill adapter has a special chuck that screws on to seal the space, then the pin screws in after to open the circuit.
For the pressures we’re talking about a basic air line would work, but AC hose with -AN fittings is a much better setup.

I think it was all under $400. Considering the suspension cost roughly $3k..That doesn't look like "not much $" to me...
I suppose you're right. It bothers me to spend so much on this, then have to deal with maintenance so much. Looks like an annual process.I think it was all under $400. Considering the suspension cost roughly $3k..
Yeah I’d talk to ARB, we can’t assume the pressures I used in my kings apply here. I’d also make sure messing with pressures doesn’t somehow impact a warranty if you still have one. Based on how they “supported” others for their inspection and rebuild I wouldn’t put it past them.I suppose you're right. So ... What pressure do you set them to? Should I call ARB and ask them?
Thanks again for the help.
