Made a revision on the multi-switch mount based on feedbacks. Switch pockets are pushed out to accommodate some nonstandard monster switch (see the last photo).
Plan is to print in ASA material (good weather and UV resistant) and mount on my truck for several weeks and keep improving before being released.
Please feel free to comment and critique.
A test print and assembly of M2 Ram Ball mount. CAD was revised to clear the factory panel. Final version should be very close to this. Clearance was also tested by connecting a Ram double socket arm.

@BenCC, would something like this be doable? It would serve as a step while getting on top of the truck. The window seal and the interior door trim is going to take a beating if I keep stepping there to climb up. Maybe 6” wide would work with most of the load being where the black marks are.

Short reach or tall vehicle? Either way, the Moki door step from Rightline Gear will help. It attaches to your vehicle to help you retrieve your kayak, skis or whatever else is stored up top.

yeah I wouldn't recommend standing on the door sill like that. If nothing else you will potentially mess with the door alignment and could cause other issues.
