Can you post a link to the bright/dim switch that you have. I am looking for a SPDT switch for make 6.
Spec is here

I got it from EBay

You can search “Carling dimmer”. Be sure to get the 12V version.
This is the one I got.

This switch/dimmer is not the standard rocker switch size. Make 6 needs to be modified to mount it.

Sorry if it was already posted, what is the switch that fits make 6?

Some update on the foglight mount.

Plan is to print in ASA material (good weather and UV resistant) and mount on my truck for several weeks and keep improving before being released.
Please feel free to comment and critique.

If this works, do you plan on making an LX470 version?

A test print and assembly of M2 Ram Ball mount. CAD was revised to clear the factory panel. Final version should be very close to this. Clearance was also tested by connecting a Ram double socket arm.

Let me know when these are ready! Can't wait to get one.

I am finalizing the mount for LC and will gauge the interest on LX. Thanks.
If they'll help with prototyping, I have a set of the factory LX fogs that you are welcome to have - just cover shipping and they're yours.

@BenCC, would something like this be doable? It would serve as a step while getting on top of the truck. The window seal and the interior door trim is going to take a beating if I keep stepping there to climb up. Maybe 6” wide would work with most of the load being where the black marks are.

The Moki might work for you, though it's lower than the window.

yeah I wouldn't recommend standing on the door sill like that. If nothing else you will potentially mess with the door alignment and could cause other issues.
