I was a little tight going in on the 2003. I took a bit of material off the 4 tabs and pushed hard. That did the trick. It’s perfect once in. In fairness the OEM tray that came out was very tight.

Last week was crazy. Some universities try to resume teaching like before. But found large and quick spread of COVID-19. We have more than 40k students on campus. So we have been making most lectures and recitations fully online. My class is about sensor, data collection and management. Part of the class can be done online, like signal processing. But data collection has to be in lab. Anyway, have been working on redesign the class.
The cupholder project is like 5 times more difficult than anything I have done, in terms of material and functionality. It may look easy. It is a square with two holes. No haha. Our LC100/LX470 designers was too much fond of asymmetrical curves. If you take a hard look at the cupholder, it is not symmetric about the central axis of the center console. And I don’t like the way they fixed the cupholder. I have designed new and rigid fixtures. Thank you guys for your patience. Again I won’t sell it until I like it.
Lots of orders on M33 insert/organizer came in. I appreciate the support. But bear in mind, each print takes 17 hours. This material, PETG cannot be printed fast or the quality would decrease significantly.
Maybe there are more Dutch people here than we first thought LOL

How are the door pocket pockets coming?
I just saw this post regarding the fold down cup holder console...after I ordered the organizer. So you dont think the organizer will work with that fold down cup holder? Do you know if its possible to remove that cup holder?
Mine has the fold down factory cup holder too. I always thought all the 100 series came with that?
Easily removed.
