Looks like the light you have is the Baja Squadron-R Sport. The Sport and Pro difference is the lumens...the Pro and the Race are much brighter, but the housing is identical.

One issue may be the round house. The square housing is much more available. Also wouldnt a square housing fit your 3D part better then a round one?
I will make a version for the Squadron-R since I already have one. I would like to make another version for square Squadron if someone would like to lend me one.

Let me check on the sqaure one after Christmas. Also I think the Rigid light you are using are a DOT approved fog light....any thoughts on using the non-DOT approved lights in your housing (much brighter for aux use only)

any D2 lights will fit but aiming might be a problem

What about a fog light housing that will fit the current Tundra/4Runner round fogs for an LX470?

Note: Ram ball mount CAD credit to Neal@grabcad.com (Free CAD Designs, Files & 3D Models | The GrabCAD Community Library).

2 Introduction

The original pocket cover only snaps into the main panel. If you fix a Ram ball mount directly on the original cover, with some load like an iPad, it tends to pop out. With this two-piece design, we should have a more secure fixture.

3 Design and Fabrication

The fasteners used will be provided. For reference, they are listed here.
Steel Narrow-Base Weld Nut
Alloy Steel Low-Profile Socket Head Screw, Black-Oxide, 10-24 Thread Size, 1" Long
Note: The measurement was taken on my 2000 LC. The pocket contour may be a little off from a LX. A little bit of sanding or trimming of the part may be needed.

@BenCC - I have a product idea, hopefully not distracting from the ashtray replacement development.

A rear view mirror adapter to allow a more common tombstone/wedge style rear view mirror to be mounted to the stock mount. The 100 series rear view mirror clam mount on the windshield is unique making it a challenge to mount another rear view mirror in the 100. An adapter of some sort would allow a user to mount an aftermarket rear view mirror to the windshield without prying the stock mirror mount off the windshield and gluing a metal wedge to the windshield.

I am currently looking to replace my rear view mirror and would love to avoid prying the stock mount off the windshield. My windshield has ceramic tint on it and the installer did a good job getting the tint to fit tightly around the stock mirror mount.

+1 and add a mount for a ScanGauge ;)

I suspect there might be a few folks who enjoy 8mpg that would like a radar detector mount in the same location.

Sorry if this has been covered already, but where exactly does the harness plug in to? Toyota inverter? Aftermarket? I've been reading through so many threads and just haven't found it. this looks amazing though.

Harness arrived. It connects to the 120V Outlet (85530-35050-C0) which Make 7 V2 holds.

For that, unless you happen to have an aftermarket inverter installed already or a newer truck that has a stock inverter then you are likely going to have to do something yourself.

But this inverter harness looks like it has a specific connector. Are there aftermarket inverters that take a plug like this for an external outlet? I'd buy an inverter if i knew which one to buy thay would utilize this outlet/harness.

An improvement on the stock rear view mirror design that allows a more common mirror interface would be great. Over time, the stock mirror mount needs to be re-adjusted because of the “spring” that deforms from mirror adjusting.

Love it. No more Diet Mtn Dew on my balls.
