Wow! J is busy.

I'm 99% certain I went through your thread before and I'm going through it again. Did you document the repaint of your rig? Did you do it yourself or take it somewhere; any details you can share?
I had shop spray it. I don’t recall the name. It is located in woodland.

Edit: Paint shop was Splash of color, 801 East St. Suite H, Woodland

I see some not stock stuff. You made door cards from AL diamond plate?

Doors are aluminum diamond plate. I used old cardboard to trace as template and used nutserts to mount them.

I just burned through your whole thread. Good stuff! I'm still confused on the Hudd gis skid plate. Do you remove the factory cross member, or leave it in place?

Factory cross member is replaced by GIS Hudd skid plate and cross member. Now I have Trail tailor custom cross member with AT and TC skids welded to it. My TC case sits higher than stock location now.

I was going to ask what you did with the new transmission placement.

Drive unit was pushed forward, up and left.

Thank you.

Any plans to put the front sway bar back in? Probably not much of a market for brackets but doesn't seem too hard to use the old mounts and make some.
Sway bar was installed with custom bracket welded to frame.

Using Torfab LS/LT airbox. Few coupler hoses and clamps to complete connections. Waiting for radius fab 4” snorkel to connect to airbox.

Do the Torfab box and snorkel look to work well together without more mods being needed? Sounds like you already purchased the snorkel but if not I talked to Long range America at the MW Overland expo and the guy I talked to mentioned they have them on hand. Both short and long.

Airbox bolts using existing welded nuts in the fender. There is some work involved for hooking to snorkel. I am going to weld a 4” OD pipe to flat plate. Washer fluid tank stays at factory location. I don’t have cruise control box. I had to move positive terminal bus and LS fuse block to make room for airbox. I sourced radius fab snorkel directly from Australia.

Airbox hooked with 4” radius fab stainless steel snorkel. Also, installed a PS cooler.
