After running rubicon earlier this summer, I quickly learned that 37s are the way to go. Let's see what I need to trim to clear them. Trying out Kanati Mud Hogs M/T 37x12.5x17LT (10 ply). Pics to follow in a few weeks. I am moving KO2 35s from 80 to 200. I ordered a bump stop extension from @Hitit66. 2" front and 2.5" rear. I am hoping bump stop extension will do trick.

You get any body damage from that trip?

After my last two weekends of trails and contemplation for years now, I think my next set will be 37's as well. I want to reduce the amount of contact on the axles. 35's have always cleared most for me but 37's will do better.

How are they fitting? I am about 5" of lift with my 4" heavies.

If you want to take them on a test run this weekend let me know.

I have 3" Icon lift and 1" body lift and SCS F5 17" wheel with -38mm offset. I am going to install (2" front and 2.5" rear) bump stops mid-October. I will let you know when I go to test them. Currently driving around town front tires don't rub-on when turning or going over speed humps.

did you have to cut the 4x4 labs rear bumper? and what is your total lift?

So far I have not made any cuts. I have not installed bump stops yet. But when I test them next month I will post the results here.

Bumps stops are installed. I will test tire stuffing in two to three weeks.

Nice looking rig. 045 is the best. I nearly bought the same wheels but lack of good sense told me to order a set of Trail Ready Beadlock wheels. What engine is going in?

6.2l ls3 erod paired with 6l80e cruise and connect package.

Looking good, did you or J run into any issues (supply, equipment) between delivering the 80 and now? I know these things can take a while especially given the current constrained environment but between your last post and now, I figured it would be completed. Btw, I had no idea J also did mechanic work! He sure is talented.

Parts were ordered last year around March. Waiting was due to the number of rigs that were in front of me for swaps.

Wow! J is busy.

I'm 99% certain I went through your thread before and I'm going through it again. Did you document the repaint of your rig? Did you do it yourself or take it somewhere; any details you can share?
