What I would add is a repair kit for tires .
Not just string plugs , but mushroom plugs ,but also a tube , patches for side wall of the tire , cement , and a HD sewing kit for tires .
You can repair tires that have big sidewall cuts , 5-10 cm , and run on them with confidence !
Just my 2 cents .

I have a tire repair kit, but not as expansive as your list. Need to throw that in the box.

it does but I replaced it with one from Napa, should get a replacement one, good idea.

With the added traction via your Eaton's I would consider some spare studs for your axle hub flanges.
The M8 studs are more prone to failure than the M10's used in post-99 axles.
Also add a few spare drive shaft bolts, I've seen people lose bolts more than once out on the trails.

I'd say a water pump etc isn't really necessary, even most of my friends who travel africa regularly don't tend to carry one. Wheel studs (and nuts), filters, belts and random clamps, hoses, gaskets, that's what get's you home.

Didn't see it in your pile of spares, but I'd throw in a section of heater hose and clamps to fit, and maybe a nipple the same size so you can repair a split hose.

Definitely a hose repair kit/clamp setup.

Some stainless lock wire and pliers have helped me out in the past more than once.Also a fresh bottle of bug dope lives in mine. Can take the edge off…

Rear looks like it might not have ever been removed

The front looks like it has been removed before, don’t think Toyota used silicone to seal this

Gonna have to order some new of these washers, wonder how they got such grooves in them

Been working on the mounts for a removable rock sliders. I liked the mounts that another member came up with but man is it a lot work just for the mounts. Just marked all the sets to make sure I get the proper sets together when it’s time to install

I may or may not be using the smaller sets, will see when it’s time to mount them all up, was thinking of using the narrower ones in the front, will see

I'll be watching to see what you come up with. I'll be in the market for a set of sliders come late spring / early summer.
I'm also leaning towards the bolt on option vs welding.

Pignon nut shouldn’t be torqued? Or you switched to solid sleeve with shims and you will install the flange and torque to the same value they were adjusted?

I agree, when it comes to fabricating anything, takes way more time than you expect.

Solid spacer. Will install new flanges when I pick em up as I have new flanges

That is a LOT of drilling... I think if I were to ever do the same, I would be hitting up my machinist friend and make use of his machine shop and industrial drill press. All I have is my cordless drill which would take me all day to do that many.

I've use these guys Online Sheet Metal Services | OSH Cut - https://www.oshcut.com/online-metal-fabrication/ for work and a few personal projects. They won't tap, but just get the holes under-sized a bit, chase the hole with a drill and tap is a lot quicker/easier than hand drilling that many holes.

They're cost competitive with local machine shops, even with shipping, and their lead times are way better.
