That is a LOT of drilling... I think if I were to ever do the same, I would be hitting up my machinist friend and make use of his machine shop and industrial drill press. All I have is my cordless drill which would take me all day to do that many.

I used a drill press to drill the proper size holes for the tap. I still had to tap by hand and slightly oversize the holes on removing mounts to fit the proper size bolts. 12x1.75

Front is in. Unfortunately the rear has a good leak from one little spot I guess I will have to use some goop.

Pulled the rear diff off again and noticed that about 96% of the gasket was still attached on the diff. It looked like part of the mounting surface so didn’t look very closely before installing . Fortunately I had another gasket here and after cleaning off the old gasket and installing the diff and filling back up so far no leaks

Hardest part to figure out and execute is complete. Finish up tomorrow . Now I know how the other side will go.

Rear diff is still leaking so off it will come again.

Left slider is done. Looks like the bottom of the sliders are a little more than an inch above the frame. Once the right side is done then paint.

Got some new spindles, but they look quite different. Anyone with any insight?

I try not to show too much of the garage mastercoat for base and raptor liner in the can for top coat. Will see how it holds up

Now that I zoomed in, I can see texture of bedliner.

One project finally done, ish. Have to get more hardware for the install. 2” square tube would have looked better but would have weighed quite a bit more
