It hits 100s in the barn these days. Drip a quart or more an hour. Been hydrating with water. Beer does not cut it. Made some homemade gatorade. Liquified a water melon, squeezed some limes, and celtic salt for electrolytes. Works like a charm. Alternate with water.

1 large water melon
6 medium/ large limes
1 TABLE spoon Celtic Salt
