I love storms! Not tornadoes tho they are animals been through a few of them snow storms are my favorite but that doesn't happen around here if there is a chance of snow here this place shuts all the way down.

To keep this tech i am also in my shop installing a viper alarm system while waiting.

The hole around the 4WD shifter was blocked off cutting noise over 75%. A customer gave me some of this dynamax sound proof material. Super sticky adhesive on one side. Decided to try it on the bottom side of the shifter plate I made.

Does that electrical connector have any sort of support? I see potential fatigue on the short length of wires coming out of the third member. Maybe zip-tie that connector to that nearest brake line really well to mitigate.

From the 3rd to the wire harness there isn’t any support. After that I could zip tie more of the wire loom to the brake line but wanted to have some flexibility on that end when the 60 flexes. Thanks Matt, always appreciate it.

Really should attach that connector to the diff. It bouncing around will break the wire that goes into the diff eventually.

Flex should be where the brake lines are, not at the diff penetration point.

I haven't see too many of those Harrop installs yet, it seems like a great place to use a bulkhead connector. Not sure if anyone has done this yet.

Well thanks for getting back to some tech guys. I left the wire and loom long and followed the brake line as it will flex as much as the wire to the e-locker.

My buddy Brian was able to pickup the Case/ Holland valve cover breather from Mobile Diesel Services on his truck driving route today in southern Oregon.
The cost was $125 for the set. He saved me $30-35 on freight.
Cummins NW in Portland wanted over $300.
