Thats weird. All your pulleys look the same size as mine. This is the only photo I can access at the moment. Maybe you can spot a difference.I am routing like your picture(diagram) on page two with the longer belt, and it is way too big.

Did you use Dustin's fan pulley relocation bracket, or are you running the stock dodge one?Thats weird. All your pulleys look the same size as mine. This is the only photo I can access at the moment. Maybe you can spot a difference.

Running electric fans so my guess it's stock.Did you use Dustin's fan pulley relocation bracket, or are you running the stock dodge one?
Mine has the relocation bracket. It brings the fan down and to the passenger side so if you are running the mechanical fan it is closer to the stock toyota position. It looks to me from your picture that you are running the stock one, which would definitely use up more belt, so I bet that is the difference. The original one is a cast piece, and the one that comes in the kit is welded together.Looking at both photos together your fan pulley looks to be more centered than mine is or it could be the angle of the camera deceiving me. Is that the relocation bracket on yours? I then looked at an early photo of mine and the pulley is removed so maybe mine does have a relocation bracket on it. Can't inspect till I get back from Canada on Tuesday.

What is the coolant line and sensor up top for, is that your heater return, and coolant temp? My heater return comes off down by the lower radiator hose, and the coolant temp sender and cut-off are on the drivers side back towards the firewall.
Subscribed! I'm ordering my kit this week. I'm pretty amped! Glad to see things are going well! I've read about clearance issues with the oil pan; are you having any such issues?
Duiser just posted a video of their latest conversion, and it looks like they have it setup the same way I do, and it seems to run okay. So I think I am going to leave it as is until I can source that bracket to mount it up top, and get that longer belt so I can route it the way you guys did with much better wrap on the alternator.
Here is the video they posted:
It's one Dustin had or has made. Nice unit.Anyone have a link to this air box? I tried googling "Diesel Adapters" and got a bunch of other stuff.... TIA
