The tires will still stuff when the flares are on šŸ˜‰
There removable so you don’t rip them off on trees or rocks.
The idea is to get poser pics _while_ wheeling though. all of Pell's followers would wonder why his LC was half undressed.

Will then if you’re actually Wheeling then they’re not poser pics are they?
Glad I’m not on Instagram or Facebook.
I don’t have to worry about followersšŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ¤Ŗ

Good morning!

I forgot I ordered the leathers for all three rows from Mosley Motors/@FJ60Cam

These are for the 40th, but they’re really nice. They feel great, supple and soft. I’m thinking of ordering a set for Schtalin, but I’m not convinced on keeping the front seats stock is the way to go for her. So maybe just the middle row…the third row are in great condition out of a LX.

Doing some work on the farm…

Man she is a blast to drive. I’m reminded of just how fun the feedback of an older vehicle can be for the driving experience.

My new vehicles beep and boop and vibrate every time I don’t maintain a perfect lane and proper distance. One of my vehicles alarms when it thinks I’m about to ram into the vehicle in front of me…ummm leave me the **** alone truck! I’m driving here!

Muzzling the Heeler?
It’s a gentle leader, not a muzzle.

He is the chillest red healer I’ve seen. We rescued him from da streets!

Just to prove I’m still alive and still have a cruiser, here is the ā€œnatural habitatā€ pic.
IMG_6177.jpeg

Cruiser is going through some starting issues. Delay crank and then dead battery. I thought it was the ignition relay, but I’m thinking it may be the alternator. It’s a good battery, all my grounds and my fusible link is gtg.

I drove her downtown and had to jump start her. I’m beginning to have a little more time now that my house renovation is almost completed.
We started the renovation 14 Feb and this situation is past old. The finish line is in sight.

Once I get my house back, I’ll be able to park the cruiser and tear into her and work all the open gigs.

I’ve been so busy with the house that I’ve only put 975 miles on her since the drivetrain R&R.

The pups love the cruiser!

Um yeah. . Haven't heard from you in a while. Seen you "like" a few things though.

Also, may help or not. My other LC use to have start-up issues. Seemed to not be drawing enough power at start to crank. Had an Optima battery, but when I put a "cheap" Walmart battery in, it started up every time šŸ¤”

Dude, no lie this house thing has been pretty stressful. It took every ounce of my big balls to make the decision to stay here and rip this trap house down to studs and rebuild.

And over five months later, we’re almost done with this phase. Yeah, I said phase. My wife thinks she’s married to @Feldrian lmao.

Are you retired and in Oki yet? Has the customs port foreman in Naha committed hari-kari after seeing your LS-Swapped monster rather than doing the paperwork? Or is that yet to happen still?

I didn't know to either laugh or put a sad face on your last post. .so I put the thumbs up šŸ‘šŸ½

I start terminal leave in Dec, doing a logistics CSP in Oct (just to have another skill), and officially out the Army on Mach 1st.

Google'd and emailed a few shipping companies, they've sent quotes, but can't get them on the phone šŸ¤”

Looking for a job in Oki, but it's kinda a pain in the ass. Some nuclear reactor inspector place wants to hire. Says you can live anywhere in the world and only work 6 months out of the year. Pay doesn't start the best, but I should be able to supplement with military retirement.

I'm too busy pulling down trees with my 80

It looks like everyone is up to the same ol shenanigans. Good to see.
@ Feldrian where are your tree removal permits?

Pel, renovations are not much better from the carpenter's side of the fence. Our drywall sub completely s*** the bed on the project we're trying to wrap up. I've been chasing texture/paint touchups off and on for about a week. (damned stuff needs to dry between coats for some reason)
The electricians usually leave me a mess too, but they at least try not to the drywall dudes don't give an F. Four different dudes on this project for mud/tape. I wasn't even sure which guy to yell at.
As the lead for the GC, I'm the guy in there every day batting clean up and getting glared at by the client. They did buy me lunch on Friday, so I guess all is not lost.

Take it easy everybody.

Before I retired as GC I was hands on and did everything with my helper and myself  I guess that's why I never got RICH but when the texture did not come out right I knew who to yell at 🤨 my helper šŸ˜‚

I used too tell my customers the cost of doing the job right and nice will soon be forgotten. A poor job lives on forever and you always have to look at it.

It's true both in GC-land and in LC-land..if you want it done right, do it yourself. As much as people care about money, they don't care about it more than they care about your stuff or doing it right.
This is the truth. I always knew it but man, it is different paying what I did and still have to stay on the GC like stink on s*** because he is old and forgetful.

The crew was great but their standards are different than mine. I mean, why wait until the mother-****ing floor is mother-****ing finished and wait for me to talk you the subfloor needed to be leveled?

I’m still a little salty. Yes I made them re-do it. I’m sure I ended up paying for the rework anyway in the grand scheme of things.

I’m just glad this is done and I can focus on my not starting cruiser, with the rear sliding glass installed backwards and inside out. Yes this happened. No it wasn’t me. Yes, I will fix someone else’s **** up.

Woof, anyway here’s some pictures for happy time:

Bunny is a rooster. I thought he was a she. Hence the name.

This is one of my 7 dogs, Tipo. It means ā€œgentleā€ in Italian. He is gentle until you look at my daughter wrong. Then he is cujo.

Yummy things I grew this year:

Finally, one of my kids trying to ā€œimprintā€ on my cruiser. Yeah, and monkeys might fly out of my butt.

Funny, I named my new yet to determined rooster ā€œCaitlinā€.
