My valve cover is missing the part on the valve cover that this vent hose connects too. I just have an empty hole there on my valve cover. Anyone know where I can get that part or have one laying around?

I found a pvc valve and grommet but nothing for this hose, besides the hose itself

The "nipple" for the valve cover hose (#2, I think) is integrated in the vc; no part number for it. Maybe someone else will chime in.

The schematic above is from partsouq.

Are you in the middle of re-sealing your engine? I would look in the classified section here to see if someone has a valve cover with the "nipple" intact.

How long has that pipe/nipple been missing?
Was it there, then it wasn't?
How is the hose currently attached??
Does it look like the pipe/nipple snapped off (broken piece remaining in the hole?)??
Is it stuck up (inside) the breather hose?
Have you looked down into the hole where it normally is located?

That pipe/nipple is likely pressed in place when the valve cover was manufactured and before the internal baffle plate is installed.
Maybe if that pipe/nipple somehow loosened up (or got whacked with a hammer) it could have dropped down into the oil baffle area??

Looks like ~$215 and you can have a replacement valve cover. The connection for the hose is broken if its just a hole.

You can still buy a brand new valve cover from Toyota, or have a nipple welded on, or epoxy a nipple on.
