I made this one

So, for the third time, I've posted your pics/ideas without proper credit being allocated.

Apologies, Derrick.

If it's any consolation, I use the pre-chop pic of your liner scheme to ask anyone who'll listen what they'd think of mine in tan and white with the same lines.

My wife hates the pic and my question regarding, now. Hahaha. (even though I have to do the same thing fifteen times before we leave the house, on her behalf)

Nice job on the spare carrier.

Haha what part is that? From my phone it just looks like a piece of 1.75" tube.

Front axle shaft.

Didn't get a chance to open the rest of the box, but hoping nothing else is potentially damaged.

Shaft looked fine during a cursory, five second review.

Agreed.

All appears fine.

Axle shafts are fine, too, but will note the condition and notify the shipper.

Finally received gears last week. Much better packaging.

Assuming this is a complete replacement, so may have parts to return.

Trying to inventory what I've got, repackage, and ship to the freezer before Thursday. Very recent developments have changed the plan, in a good way, I think.

If any well respected member, with good driving history, is driving from Tulsa to Boulder and needs wheels for the one way trip, next week, I'll pay for gas.

My apologies Chris. That package was my fault.

The axles and birfs should be fine. They are solid hard steel.

I will be giving you a credit when I return to work on Tuesday. Again, my apologies on the poor packing job.

Appear to be fine.

How bout we call it even and expedite the rears and larger diameter seal straight to Boulder?

Have to be there before Thursday, otherwise it's futile.

Final pieces to the exhaust puzzle installed.

Seems Toyota added a tension washer to the assembly. New part number for the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts is 90119-A0109.

I'd count the job as "done", but can't seem to eliminate and exhaust leak at this joint.

Going to try loosening at the manifold to align better. Doesn't appear to be binding on anything.

Fit without airing down.

Like to thank Aaron at Summit Auto Transport (Mudder Riverrunner) for facilitating a last minute transfer for a reasonable price.

https://forum.ih8mud.com/mudship/625512-great-experience-summit-auto-transport.html

Considering the distance, with airfare and fuel cost, it made much better sense to ship than drive and fly, minus missing out of the journey.

Should be back from Boulder in a week to ten.

Until then, I'll get around to swapping the front axles on the FJC and possibly finishing the rear air bumps (that I absolutely do not need).
