It is..... But I am not happy with the lowness. I want another 1.25-1.5"

Well didn't quite get what I wanted but I am not going to mess with it more right now. Each time the shop takes the springs out and puts them back in costs me about $400, so I am going to be content with where it sits lol.
Initial measurements
Front tire to wheel well - 5.25"
Rear tire to wheel well - 6.25"
After measurements
Front tire to wheel well - 3.5"
Rear tire to wheel well - 4"
So 1.75" in the front and 2.25" in the rear. I was shooting for 3" all around but this will give me a little more up travel in the front. Not a bad thing.

I'd run it and see if you get any settling looks tiny next to your other rig. But out in yhe open I'm sure its a different story. The real story is how does it drive? Higher spring rate large heavy damping. I'm sure its a different drive.

Yeah and my other truck is very small by mud standards. It is a 2.5" lift with 35's. It actually looks pretty small in general. I did my test drive and stopped to grab dinner I parked next to a current gen RAV4 and I think it might actually be shorter. lol
It does handle very differently! The old on-ramp that is a long sweeping right hander in either the grey truck or the black truck when I used to take it at 30mph I could watch the right front of the truck come up. Now it is flat as can be and actually I can accelerate through it. ha. The ride is about as rough, maybe just a little more taunt than my truck on OME heavies.

Yeah tell me about it! Not having a garage and living in a high rise puts me at the mercy of these shops that have never done cruiser work and really not much custom work! It's not ideal but I think we finally got it where I wanted it.
Well not exactly where I want it but I think this is about as good as it is going to get given the solid axles, how short King could make the shocks, the body limitations, etc. I feel like it's a lot of compromises like the tire and wheel setup, I would like a little more tire but it just doesn't exist. So it's a lot of getting things close enough.

More slam is going to be really tough! I might get another 0.75" but that's about it, without doing some frame chopping, shock mount moving, etc. Even then these wheel wells are not really conducive to tucking. The inner wells would have to be cut out, etc.
Well to be honest, I started it after I got waitlisted for school and was like well damn what am I going to do for the next year????
And 12 days before school started they emailed me and told me if I could get there I could start school so I dropped everything and drove 3 days across the country. So yeah I probably wouldn't have either but I already started and trying to make the best of things.

Ok back on track!
And it sounds like Kelford is going to work with Evassive Motorsports and let me buy just an intake cam, and at cost! Super happy with both Evassive and Kelford!!
Also drove this goofy ass truck over to Page Customs, they looked it over and good news they had 3 cancellations and I am on the books for next week!!
They have some very cool stuff over there! I will buy anyone a round if they could guess what this thing is! It was so off my radar I never would have guessed but it's pretty incredible. Big 572 under the hood, should have taken a pic of it, would be a good cruiser motor. lol.

The wheels kind of have that old school Countach look but they were new 3 piece forged. And this is not a supercar but there is probably $150-200k worth of work into it..... lol.

As ugly as that car is stock you won't believe what this one looks like. I will get a photo when I drop the truck off next week, but it has been chopped, widened, dropped, smoothed, it looks nothing like the stock car.

Haha, too funny. It isn't my style, but if they can transform that thing I feel like they should be able to weld up some flare holes, drop in my hood vents and aerocatches, weld up my sunroof and throw some new paint down.
