Not as nice as having it all on one sheet but readable

You might be able to trick the upload by renaming your Excel file to a .jpg, and uploading it then. Anyone who downloads it will need to name it back to .xlsx.

I put together a pretty extensive Xcel spreadsheet with all the part numbers, photos and diagrams for my 73 project. Unable to post on the forum tho, file type not allowed.
Put it in the Resources section? You can .zip it and post it there. Better there than here anyway; that's what the Resources forum was intended for, I think.

I zip'd it and tried to upload to resources, and got the same error message, only image and PDFs allowed.

That's odd; the Resources section has an option for both .zip and .rar; let me try, just for grins...

Probably no surprise, but I get the same error. I didn't doubt anyone who said they had the same problem, but I needed to do it so that I could contact the hosts, let them know that I had a problem, try to figure out why it's not working, and hopefully get it fixed.

More to follow.

Update to the Excel file post: the word from the mountain is, "No just no, but no". No word on why a .zip file can't be posted, just that it can't contain an Excel file.

Engine bay large split grommet. One for each side.

I am not sure of the history of my truck but the grommet holes in the firewall might be larger than stock. I bought a couple of these from CE Auto Electric Supply, and they fit perfectly, only $2.95 each.

My hero. Thank you for this.
Keep in mind, my 73 has some non-73 features reflected in the hardware list:

3FE/4speed drive train with 80+ 40 series radiator/support/shroud - de-smogged, no EGR or air injection
OEM power steering
mini truck front disc brakes with modified 60 series backing plates for hose fitting
4 speed prop shafts with 3 speed slip yokes to make up to my 73 differentials - might change diffs to 4 speed flanges to use 4 speed slip yokes later
OEM PTO winch, started as a 3-speed setup, lengthened drive shaft and linkage rod for 4 speed application
pre 70 front bib with small marker lights and enclosed headlight buckets
69 only aprons with early style emblems and no marker lights (kicker supports modified to later style to fit fender)
Pre 72 split hood with chrome spear - and two chrome washer squirt nozzles
hi/lo Maruko elephant horns and brackets on the inner fenders
modified 3FE air intake/filter box, EFI relay and coil/ignitor on passenger side fender
aftermarket battery tray on driver side fender
drop down tailgate
75-78 parking brake cable and dash mechanism, cable comes up thru grommet in floor. Pre 75 cable thru FW interferes with back of 3fe intake manifold
pneumatic controlled heater water valve (Lexus)
FJ62 distributor vent filter
Fj60 evap VSV and associated tubing
FJ60 brake master with later style brake tube routing and fittings on passenger side frame rail
mini truck brake booster
Clutch slave, tubing and hose on passenger side
York On Board Air

The list was started to keep track of the hardware needed to reassemble but I will be adding other parts in the future.

Received a couple parts today. Someone is/was selling 2x50ft 16AWG GXL wire for $14 shipped so I got some. I need to wire up my on board air pressure switch. Also received the chrome #6x1/2 pan head ash tray screws.

Working on the wiper mechanism this week. Removed the layers of paint and rebuilt the wiring. The weather needs to straighten out to get some painting done.

I received my new to me 80+ radiator parts today. One crazy thing I learned was the radiator was moved forward away from the engine about an inch in the mid 70s? I found these photos of the radiator mount measurements that someone was kind enough to post up in the past. I assume the front cross member location did not change?

I also learned the front cross members are also cut differently possibly to allow the radiator to be moved forward. I think the early frame/front cross member will work by slotting the mounting brackets a bit.

Early - note rivets across the top

This appears to show the radiator mounting holes 248mm from the centerline of the front axle, vs. 220 for the earlier drawings.

Worked on the new radiator setup. I slotted the mount holes forward to allow the support to move as far forward as possible for clearance. I cleaned up the slots a bit after this picture was taken.

I had to raise the front of the engine 1/4 inch from where I had it previously for clearance. About 1" total on driver side and 1/2" total on the passenger side. I used some of these 1/8" plate washers. I also added 1/4" to each side in the back.

New radiator installed. This is a 75+ radiator with an 80+ support and shroud on a 10/72 frame. There is about 1/4" clearance between the bottom of the stock 3FE fan and the shroud opening. I need to order longer front motor mount bolts (M12-1.25 x 40 and x50). Had to remove exhaust temporarily to access the driver side rear mount bolt/nut inside the frame rail.

Compared to the factory AC radiator:
