All the sensors are being used, except the rear O2 sensors were removed.
Hotwire Auto built the harness and programmed the computers.

Its a Ron Davis Radiator. Ron Davis is here in AZ and they already have all the specs. to build an fj60 rad. for an ls1 or vortec.

I only covered the highlights of the project, so if anybody has a specific question I'll be happy to answer it and post up a pic if I have one. I din't think I'd have this much interest considering all the awsome buildups on this website.

Oh yeah... you'll get plenty of questions, thanks for posting your build up on the forum and providing the details. Check out some of the other swaps by doing a search for engine swaps..etc.

Allthough my truck looks similar (not near as clean or as in good condition), your build is in far greater detail and you've taken it to a higher level than most have done, at least in my view.

I like your radiator setup...I too have a ron davis radiator, but I'm running electric fans due to the clearance of the water pump to the radiator core.

I have 99 5.7 vortec with yota 5 speed manual. Please continue to post up build pics...great place to pick up new ideas and see what others have done.

Hope you drive it on the trails and have fun with it.
