At an Air BnB for the weekend; cabin allows for an unusual (to me) top-down view of the LX:

The 80 is going in for restoration and paint so the 200 was on towing duty today...

Sunday wheeling with poodles. California Hwy 88. Silver Lake. Checked the Caldor fire. Hope Valley to Crater Lake. Red Lake to Blue Lakes on Forestdale Rd. Roads were a bit more tore up and rocky than I remember. Maybe it just me! The last 1/4 or so dropping into Upper Blue Lake used to be dust.. Now all rocky. Fun time! Cruiser did great. Amazing what it can do stock and smoothly cruise home.

Make sure you all are carrying both a hi lift Jack and a bottle Jack with extensions. It’s the best and safest way to change a tire on the trail. The hi lift gets your truck high enough to get the bottle Jack with extensions under your truck so that you can change your tire safely without the hi lift only.

I’ve been there!
Does that front bumper not have a high lift jacking point?

It does, it's just much safer using the tire mate for the hi lift in my opinion. No chance of slipping off the wheel and you are able to get exact spot you want lifted as opposed to lifting the front end super high to get enough clearance for the bottle jack. Plus the tire mate for the high lift is a game changer in snow if you want to get maxtrax underneath. The wheels just drop when lifting from the bumpers.
