First time here (in the 200-series forum) and that's because I spotted this guy today on a trip in Warsaw Poland:

As a Russian friend explained:
"wtf, that’s not a russian plate! oh wait. lol. it’s a chechen landcruiser. any rules are out the window 😂. 95 is chechnya. landcruiser, esp black, is borderline mafia. the black plate is just show off. there are no such plates there. but likely nobody will dare stop him and ask."

Exactly where you'd expect to see her

The put in for the Guad in Martindale, TX. Spent the weekend Kayaking/Stand Up Paddle Boarding in preparation for a Devil's River trip coming up in a few weeks.

Hey all, I'm new here and this is my first post! I've been lurking for a while, and figured a pic of my 200 would be a good way to introduce myself.

This was taken at Hollister Hills during an off-road driving & recovery course a few weeks ago.

What size meats are those?

@normal can you share details about the driving/recovery course?
Yeah, it's through "The Driving Company", it's run by a group that does training for law enforcement, firefighters, and civilians. I had a blast and learned a lot. It's especially great if you don't have much background with 4WD vehicles.

LT285/65/R18 Toyo Open Country AT3. For some reason in this pic they look big.
How do you like those? Ride, noise, rubbing, wet traction - the usual

They are great. There is a slight decrease in ride quality and increase in road noise especially on certain asphalt surfaces above ~70 mph, but it's really not bad. We haven't seen rain in many months so I can't comment on wet traction. They did perform very well on the trails at Hollister, which is mostly dry, rocky, dusty terrain. There is zero rubbing on my stock suspension.

Overall I'm very satisfied with them. I only wish that I had waited a bit since I'm planning to do a 2" lift and I'd like to go with even bigger tires.

I know it’s a small thing, but not a fan of the little orange parking light/blinker on the side of the headlight requirement some countries like the US force. Much prefer the all clear style like what you have. Super clean look.
Now that you mentioned it I kept an eye on it and noticed that the 2012 and newer models here so have the orange blinker.

This is about as off-road as we can get here in Ohio, short of a couple of off-road parks. Our daughters sent us on a mid-week getaway at a cabin at Lake Hope State Park, which is surrounded by the Zaleski State Forest. We meandered about 35 miles on gravel and packed dirt/gravel roads. Since this was the first time the LC has been off pavement, I tried out all of the bells and whistles. I knew from my 4Runner what to expect in crawl, mode, but the sound still surprised me when engaged. :)
