Sanded all surface rust from the undercarriage. Treated and 2x sprayed with undercoating.

I did that on the front axle and radiator support but I used POR-15 paint.

Went nuts with Fluid Film on both GX's and the 40. Should have done it in the warmer months as it was a pain to spray cold. I had to heat up the bottles in hot water, and even then it was super thick to spray.

Finished up the install of the BP-51s a couple of days ago. So far so good, although I am ordering taller springs for the rear. Had OME 2895 medium springs and they just sag a little too much when fully loaded.

They’re behind the rubber aprons- came with mounting hardware to the frame. I forgot to take pics before putting the aprons back on.

Decided Thursday night to go on a road trip and left Friday morning. Went to Death Valley, Yosemite NP, and splurged for a nice night in Ventura, CA along the harbor so my pup could see the ocean for the first time. Had a great trip, put almost 2,200mi on the truck in 4 days.

Thanks man! Yes I did make it myself with 80/20 and corners from Openbuilds. I didn’t post a build thread, but I have posted some info and more pics here on mud. Search my posts and I’m sure they’ll come up.

This was a comfy 6” foldable foam twin mattress $150 on Amazon. I slept like a baby! Middle and third row seats left at home.

I do need to figure out how to level the floor between middle seats and front seats. I used my gear to level, but something better is needed
