Every time I look at your build, I realize what a slacker I am…. Could you please half a$$ just SOMETHING?!

So with the Ironman lift kit and the specter off road u bolt skid plates there’s a pickle that some people might run into

The u bolt aftermarket bolt pushes the shock closer to the bar in the back that it touches,

So I’m going to cut off a piece of the skid plate because the thread is so long, it’ll push the shock on the bottom an inch forward so it doesn’t touch anything in the back

Custom exhaust brackets & you can see the section from the bolt I cut off the skid plate to make the shock go in further, now it’s not touching the sway bar, wow…

I hadn’t checked in on your build thread for a few months. Wow. You have worked hard on your rig! I still can’t believe you took a rusty NY rig, brought it to LA of all places, and rehabbed/restored it. If there is a cruiser heaven, I’m pretty sure you are in. Some serious positive cruiser karma for sure…

Great job man!

arnak,
Beautiful work! If you had consulted with manufacturing, there would have been many automatic transmissions saved over the years! Keep up the great work!
