Jesus that's how much window tint is nowadays man I'm old back in the day we did it for 250
Yeah, even 5 or 6 years ago just my front row side windows was $80, just had them redone last month and it was $200 freaking dollars!

Worst of all I was a repeat customer having had multiple vehicles done there and their other stores for years.

They didn't even hand cut. Took all of 10 minutes.

My brake light has been on because the parking brake “tab” isn’t depressing the switch to turn off the light. I obviously knocked something off here. What is supposed to be there?

It's been a while since I posted an update. Between the flu, work travel, and prepping the house for sale, it's been challenging making much progress. That being said, I wanted to provide a few updates.

I finished the bulk of the carpet, painted and reinstalled the trim, and started putting the interior back together. I've almost got the @orikawa door panels finished and will be installing the cargo panels shortly. I also got the new Alpine head unit installed. It turned on, so that's a great starting point!

I also installed a new Goose Gear plate system for the cargo area. For now, I just have it secure at the tie down points, but will be drilling some holes to make it more secure. I laid a layer of heavy rubber sheeting underneath to help with sound dampening. These things are so well made and fir like a glove.

Here's how it currently sits:

Do you have a link on the heavy rubber sheeting? That looks great! Thank you.

Pretty sure this is the product. I picked it up at Home Depot. It's heavy AF. LOL

Thank you for the lead! Besides the rear cargo, where else did you add the sheet rubber liner? If up front, any issues with carpet layment?

Up front, I used Sound Skins "Luxury Liner Pro", which is much thicker and has not caused any issues with the carpet (that I can tell). Honestly, I forgot I had this left over from a project in my house or I would have used it on top of all the Kilmat sound deadening. This is much thinner and very heavy, so should help a lot with sound dampening. I would definitely recommend it as an alternative to more expensive products.

Anyone know what this is ?!? Found it flopping around inside my tailgate.

Looks like one of the tailgate inner structural supports. I think I cut it out when I installed my Huracan tailgate hatch
Maybe. As far as I know this is an original tailgate. Seems weird to just be hanging out in there. Lol

I'll post up pics tomorrow, but got the stereo and backup camera all working. I just need to clean up the wiring and get the dash reinstalled. Very excited about CarPlay, a backup camera, and Bluetooth.

Here's how it currently sits. I'm having trouble getting the cluster section of the dash to go back all the way. I'm not sure if anyone has run into this before, but would welcome any advice.

Has anyone had issues with getting the gauges to sit back far enough? I can confirm it's not the stereo wiring. I'm assuming the cluster wiring harness is preventing it? Should the harness sit below the gauges? Any other thoughts?

Been packing the house and traveling for work. So, progress has been slow, but thought I would share a quick update. Today I was able to get the dash back in and also replaced some dash lights with LED's. A few pics for inspiration.
