I think I would recommend you just go with underdrive transfer case gears, espceially since you have the transfer apart already. (I sell these too)

I don’t know what that is :( can you send a photo? What does it do?

You would replace the input gear and hi-speed output gears in the transfer case. It would act the same as having 4:56 gears.

This has sat here for awhile so I’ll just say I liked my trail tailor front bumper w hoop and the kit from coastal off-road for the high clearance rear bumper. It’s a fun welding project. I raptor lined both. The rear bumper kit really fits the body nicely and is very sturdy. I got mine with a 2” hitch receiver to take the jet ski to the lake down the road.

Sand blasted the rust off

Transmission done, next I’m getting lockers most likely ARB air lockers since they’re true lockers front and rear and getting 4.88 gears front and back

I think I’m going with the dissent off road front and rear bumpers and rock rails along with Leather interior, sound system, and sound deadening inside, … idk what else I’m missing maybe a Starlink small setup for off-roading off grid have connections? lol

I noticed that the rotting / and rusting was under the exhaust, I’m guessing the heat from the exhaust unwrapped probably burns off the protective paint over the years and then moisture works itself in, so this wrap should be able to protect that and prevent it from happening

The exhaust wrap looks great! I will follow suit once I get the CM exhaust header kit at the end of the year. Great job!
