I just finished an engine replacement on my LX470 (Detailed here) and can't justify having two running cars at the same time. Sadly, it is time for the trusty 2Runner to go.
The truck spent its entire life in Pasadena, CA before I brought it to CO last July. I got it from its original owner and have had it for about a year and a half.
The timing belt was replaced about 10k miles ago

My second 4Runner (210k miles) seeks a new home. I just sunk ~$3800 into it over the past few months, but I have had ongoing issues with the VSC, and after attempting to get it sorted with two times swapping out the yaw rate sensor, I am giving up. My wife has decided to sell her 2000 4Runner. It's an SR5 Limited with just over 115,000 miles. She has owned it since 2001 and has kept up on all scheduled maintenance. Timing belt was done at 100K. This thing is totally stock it does have the factory rear locker. Only issue it has is the normal warn drivers seat and steering wheel. Otherwise this thing has been nothing but reliable. I wanted to build it but already have enough projects. I am thinking $13,500. .

Looking for a clean 4th gen with cloth interior and relatively low miles (~150,000 or less). Must be 4x4 and have no sunroof (I need the extra headroom). I am good with V6 or V8 models and bonus points for sport editions. I'm in New York but plan on traveling a bit to minimize rust. Target budget of $10 - 12,000 but can be a little flexible.
